How does BFT Work?

Body Fit Training (BFT) provides science-backed, group-based strength training tailored for all fitness levels. Each 50-minute session targets key areas such as cardio, functional movement, strength, and balance, with a dynamic daily focus to keep workouts engaging and results-driven.

Founded in 2017 in Melbourne, Australia by fitness industry veteran Cameron Falloon, BFT offers a community-based 50-minute functional training and strength-based program across 14 workouts. BFT uses science and technology-based training techniques to drive individual member health goals in an inclusive, coach-led group environment.

BFT is perfect for people with all ranges of experience from complete beginner to fitness fanatic. Each member wears a heart rate monitor which will track your intensity. This is individualized to you so you can go at your own pace. Our team of highly qualified coaches are on hand to provide you with corrections and tips to get you to your goals!

You will have your own personal BFT3 Heart Rate Monitor which is specific to your fitness level. Some sessions are about controlled progress and some will be about pushing your limits. The “BFT Cubed” allows you to know exactly where you should be and in turn improves your progress.
